Spring 2024 - Flag Football Level 1 (Ages 6-8)
NFL Flag Football is the premier youth football program for boys and girls. The program provides young players a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in a non-contact, continuous action sport, while learning lessons in teamwork.The Spring 2024 program begins the week of April 22, 2024, and runs until June 7, 2024 with the end of year tournament June 14 and 15, 2024. East Granby Parks and Recreation offers three age groups:Level 1 is for players age 6 - 8, Level 2 is for players age 9-11, and Level 3 is for players age 12-14. We will be playing other teams from Suffield and Granby.The Age Determination Date for a player is the actual age of the child on January 1, 2024.
Assessments will be held to assist the coaches in creating teams. No experience is needed and all players are asked to attend the assessments. Assessments take place at East Granby Farms on the flag football field. Assessments will be approximately 45 minutes to an hour long so encourage those providing transportation to stay Level 3 assessments will be held April 16, 2024 from 5:00 pm-5:30 pm Level 2 assessments will be held April 16, 2024 from 5:30 pm- 6:00 pmLevel 1 assessments will be held April 16, 2024 from 6:00 pm- 6:30 pm

Spring 2024 Drop-In Basketball
Come and join us for a drop-in game of basketball!
This program is a drop-in program for anyone over the age of 18. Different teams are made weekly and we will be limiting the number of participants to 20. Priority is given to those who purchase a punch card and arrive at 7:00 pm. The cost for a full session punch card is $30 or you can purchase a drop-in pass each week for $5. We encourage you to register in advance. Our Winter Session will run Wednesdays: January 3 - April 3, 2024, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, in the Old Gym at the East Granby High School. (Please note: there is NO drop-in on 3/6).Our Spring Session will run Wednesdays, April 17 - May 29, 2024 from 7pm - 9pm in the New Gym at the East Granby High School.
An East Granby Parks and Recreation Waiver is required in order to play and can be signed when you come to play the 1st time or you can download the form below.

Spring 2024 Drop-In Basketball
Come and join us for a drop-in game of basketball!
This program is a drop-in program for anyone over the age of 18. Different teams are made weekly and we will be limiting the number of participants to 20. Priority is given to those who purchase a punch card and arrive at 7:00 pm. The cost for a full session punch card is $30 or you can purchase a drop-in pass each week for $5. We encourage you to register in advance. Our Winter Session will run Wednesdays: January 3 - April 3, 2024, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, in the Old Gym at the East Granby High School. (Please note: there is NO drop-in on 3/6).Our Spring Session will run Wednesdays, April 17 - May 29, 2024 from 7pm - 9pm in the New Gym at the East Granby High School.
An East Granby Parks and Recreation Waiver is required in order to play and can be signed when you come to play the 1st time or you can download the form below.

Spring 2024 Drop-In Basketball
Come and join us for a drop-in game of basketball!
This program is a drop-in program for anyone over the age of 18. Different teams are made weekly and we will be limiting the number of participants to 20. Priority is given to those who purchase a punch card and arrive at 7:00 pm. The cost for a full session punch card is $30 or you can purchase a drop-in pass each week for $5. We encourage you to register in advance. Our Winter Session will run Wednesdays: January 3 - April 3, 2024, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, in the Old Gym at the East Granby High School. (Please note: there is NO drop-in on 3/6).Our Spring Session will run Wednesdays, April 17 - May 29, 2024 from 7pm - 9pm in the New Gym at the East Granby High School.
An East Granby Parks and Recreation Waiver is required in order to play and can be signed when you come to play the 1st time or you can download the form below.

Learn to Golf Group Lessons
This 4-week instructional program will adequately prepare you to successfully tackle the golf course in 2024 and beyond. We will cover putting, chipping, equipment, and full swing. Clubs will be provided for your use if needed. Wear non-restrictive comfortable clothing and supportive athletic shoes. At the close of the program, we'll provide information on continuing your golf venture with more playing opportunities at Copper Hill.When: Mondays, May 13, 2023 - June 3, 2024, at 6:00 pm.Two one-hour sessions at the Copper Hill Driving Range and two combo range/ golf course sessions that last 1.5 hours.

Spring 2024 Drop-In Basketball
Come and join us for a drop-in game of basketball!
This program is a drop-in program for anyone over the age of 18. Different teams are made weekly and we will be limiting the number of participants to 20. Priority is given to those who purchase a punch card and arrive at 7:00 pm. The cost for a full session punch card is $30 or you can purchase a drop-in pass each week for $5. We encourage you to register in advance. Our Winter Session will run Wednesdays: January 3 - April 3, 2024, 7:00 - 9:00 pm, in the Old Gym at the East Granby High School. (Please note: there is NO drop-in on 3/6).Our Spring Session will run Wednesdays, April 17 - May 29, 2024 from 7pm - 9pm in the New Gym at the East Granby High School.
An East Granby Parks and Recreation Waiver is required in order to play and can be signed when you come to play the 1st time or you can download the form below.

East Granby Parks and Recreation offers three age groups:Level 1 is for players age 6 - 8, Level 2 is for players age 9-11, and Level 3 is for players age 12-14. We will be playing other teams from Suffield and Granby.The Age Determination Date for a player is the actual age of the child on January 1, 2024.

Assessments take place at East Granby Farms on the flag football field.
