Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga • Register • View Cart •


While connecting breath with movement, we will start with a warm up then flow through a series of standing and balance poses (asanas) and end class with a relaxing Savasana.

Modifications will be offered for all levels. Please bring a yoga mat. If you have blocks, knee pads or a strap feel free to bring those as well (optional).

Please note beginning with our Fall 2023 session there are new prices for both punch cards and drop-in fees:  
-10 punch card- $80
-6 punch card-$ 48
- Drop-in fee-$12

Effective Monday, September 4th, the instructor will no longer allow non-registered walk-ins.  All drop-ins must be pre-registered.There is no longer a cash option at the door for drop-ins or card purchases.  Please purchase online.
