Come join Ellen Flanagan, certified 2B Mindset Mentor, as she teaches the principles of this life-changing nutrition program. You will learn a healthy approach to eating that allows you to feel full and satisfied.
The group will meet an hour each week, for 6 weeks. In addition to learning the program, you'll have an opportunity to ask questions, share tips, and swap recipes!
Ellen will also meet with each participant 3 times individually (at a mutually agreed-upon time) to provide additional mentoring to address specific questions or concerns.
Open to males and females ages 18 and older!
