Rise and Run!

Running early morning can be hard to stick to without accountability and a little extra motivation.  Let's be real, if you are going to leave your warm bed to get out for your morning run, you may as well do it with a group of like-minded runners to make the early roll call more bearable!

This 10-week free-style program will meet from 5:00 - 6:00am so you can be home in time to start the day and know you have gotten your run DONE.  Both trail running and road running will be offered. 

Coaching support and weekly newsletter are included.  Custom training plans are available for those with fall races.

This program will take place on Monday, Wednesday & Friday mornings from 5:00am - 6:00am from September 9 - November 15, 2019.  

The program takes place at different locations and you will be notified of the location by the instructor.
