Rise and Run!
Running early morning can be hard to stick to without accountability and a little extra motivation. Let's be real, if you are going to leave your warm bed to get out for your morning run, you may as well do it with a group of like-minded runners to make the cold weather easier to confront!
This 6 week free-style program will meet from 5:00 - 6:00am so you can be home in time to start the day and know you have gotten your run DONE. Both trail running and road running will be offered.
Coaching support, weekly newsletter, access to TrainingPeaks and a customized Tech Shirt is included. All runners and abilities welcome!
$50 without weekly customized training plan.
$70 with weekly customized training plan from TotalRunner through TrainingPeaks.
Option A: Monday and Wednesday morning, 5-6am, April 1 - May 6, 2019
Option B: Tuesday and Thursday morning, 5-6am, April 23 - May 28, 2019
