Gather once a month to learn all about healthy foods - where it comes from, how to prepare it, and of course tasting it! This class is active and hands on, where learning happens through movement, games, and preparing foods. Kids will become excited about healthier food options, understand the importance, and learn how to make it taste delicious!
The series is taught by Nutritionist, Alicia Newton from Nourish My Soul. Occasionally we will have guests from our Jr Chef program to mentor this younger group and model a positive relationship with healthy food.
Sign up for them all for $110 or drop in for $20 per class. Please note: if you plan to drop-in you must sign-up for the class and not just show up.
Class is held the last Monday of each month (with the exception of December and May). Dates: 10/28, 11/25, 12/16, 1/27, 2/24, 3/30, 4/27 & 5/18.
