This camp offers an opportunity for beginner students to learn horsemanship and farm skills through games and activities geared for boys and girls 6-12.
Campers will be divided into small groups for mounted and un-mounted lessons on how to tack up a horse, saddle, bridle and daily care for all of the farm animals. Campers will walk trails, ride horses, feed animals, play games and make crafts.
The camp is focused on safety and maintains a low counselor to student ratio.
Campers need: Shoes with a low heel, long pants (shorts for after riding), bug spray, sun block, water bottle, lunch and a snack. Rain or shine!
