Zumba is Back!
Zumba is a fun dance exercise program that burns tons of calories and works your legs, arms, glutes and abs.
DO NOT need:
Prior dance experience
Worry that anyone is watching you (they are thinking hard and following the moves/)
Towel, if desired
Desire to have fun and get fit!

Drop-In class available in December (12/11 & 12/18 - $10 a class - cash & check on site).
Winter Sessions begin on January 8, 2019 - No class January 29, 2019.
