Zumba is a fun dance exercise program that burns tons of calories and works your legs, arms, glutes and abs.
DO NOT need:
Prior dance experience
Worry that anyone is watching you (they are thinking hard and following the moves/)
Towel, if desired
Desire to have fun and get fit!

Spring Session begins on April 16, 2019 - June 11, 2019 (no class April 30).
